Possession is Disconnection

What does it mean to own something? What are the subconscious effects of ownership mentality? When we claim to own something, we are disrupting the natural flow of energy through it, which causes turmoil and turbulence as the energy finds other ways to flow around it. When we say things like "my trauma" or "my illness", we are claiming these experiences as part of our identity, along with all of the associated emotions like anger, pain, and victimhood. But these are not our true identity, these are just experiences. In this episode we explore the concept of ownership and its dangers as well as tools and how we can use them to change ourselves and our collective experience in the world.
